If Pam Ayres and Matt Haig were to have a love child in the form of an evening out, this would be it.

Performance poet and addictions psychologist Jacky Power (fresh-ish from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival) uses the power of words and performance with her psychological insight and experience to help you put the fun in the dysfunctional and offer some accessible antidotes to our human tricky things.

The truth is, we all have our human tricky things. For some it’s physical, others psychological or emotional. Part of the human journey is learning to be comfortable with who we are.

What if we could get to some general consensus that we are going through a collective human experience that is extremely testing?

This evening is ultimately about getting comfortable with being human, with being you and the messiness of you…even though you are perfect.
