Please note the following

• We are only able to host links to events from organisations and artists that have an association with Mole Valley.
• We are continuing to programme both digital and ‘in the real world’ events – as such, we will accept links to both.
• Please note we are not a live streaming website – we will host links to your website or content / platform (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook)
• Please note that any event activity taking place in the real world needs to comply with venue and government health & Safety regulations. The Mole Valley Arts Alive Committee holds no responsibility for the health & safety compliance of events listed.
• All registration applications will be reviewed and you will be notified if you are not accepted for inclusion.

Fees

• The following fees are applicable, and are costed on a per event basis. One performance of a show is 1 event, so a matinee and an evening performance on the same day counts as 2 events. An exhibition that runs for a week is 7 events. There is a flat fee for digital listings.
  • £20 for running 1-6 events
  • £35 for 7-14 events
  • £50 for 15-31 events
  • Digital listings: £20

What Mole Valley Arts Alive can do for you

We will…

• Promote your event on the Arts Alive festival website
• Send regular event listings to local media
• Supply a logo for you to add to your online events / website / content platform
• Promote the festival as a whole including via our social media channels.
• Promise to look after any data you supply to us and use it appropriately and exclusively in relation to Arts Alive.

What we expect from you in return

• Include the Arts Alive logo on your event publicity, such as posters, flyers, tickets, programmes and brochures, and acknowledge the festival support on your website
• Acknowledge that your event is part of Arts Alive, in any online introduction or wording, and tag us in your social media promotion using the following links –
  • Facebook: @molevalleyartsalive
  • Twitter: @ArtsAliveMV
  • Instagram: @Mole_Valley_Arts_Alive
• Acknowledge Arts Alive in any press releases that you write
• In the case of a virtual event, responsibility for the functionality of your event link; and that the link is in a suitable format for inclusion on the website.
• Promise to look after any data you supply to us and use it appropriately and exclusively in relation to Arts Alive.
