Music on Thursdays Leatherhead presents the Capricci Duo. Formed to explore the musical possibilities offered by the violin and viola format. Alongside established classical repertoire the duo experiments with new compositions and novel arrangements from across a variety of musical styles. The simplicity of the two instruments together offers a more intimate and direct concert experience.

Capricci: whimsy; a style of music that is free and unhindered by the established rules.

Join the lunchtime audience for rarely heard delights of the strings repertoire.

Our venue, Leatherhead Methodist Church, KT22 8AY, has level access throughout, including toilets, a hearing loop is in use for speech, and very limited blue badge parking is available on-site. Please contribute to the collection after the concert which should cover the costs of the two artistes’ and the venue.
