Take time for yourself with our gentle, two-hour guided acrylic painting sessions, a quiet invitation to slow down, be present, and reconnect with your creative side in a warm, welcoming space.

Each session is designed to encourage mindfulness, self-expression, and calm. With a new theme each week, you will learn simple techniques while allowing yourself a colourful, reflective pause from the demands of everyday life.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to deepen your practice, The Painted Pause is a soothing space to unwind, breathe, and enjoy painting without pressure.
